Matany Girls' Vocational School (MGVS) is recognized as one of the best hospitality schools in Karamoja, dedicated to empowering girls in the region.The school offers quality and relevant skills training programs for vulnerable girls and out-of-school youth in Karamoja. Located in Kokeris Village, Lokuwas Parish, Matany sub-county, Napak District, Karamoja, MGVS is part of an initiative by the Andreas Manna Foundation Uganda (AMFU), a Community Based Organization committed to providing vocational training for girls in Uganda.

Our programs bridge the gap between theory and practical skills transfer.

Enhance job opportunities and develop marketable skills through direct linkages with employers for internship and guest lectures.

We create job creators of tomorrow through entrepreneurship training and access to start-up equipments and coaching.

We are officially accepting applications for the 2026 academic year.
